The Colorado Weigh® program consists of three unique 12-week curricula taught by Registered Dieticians (RDs). The program classes occur in meeting rooms, community centers and fitness facilities throughout the Denver metro area. Unlike other programs, the Colorado Weigh® program is structured similarly to a traditional course setting in which participants begin with the basics and build their knowledge over time.
The Colorado Weigh® program offers three distinct, progressive phases:
Phase I (the first 12 weeks) Participants learn ways to make small changes to their lifestyle and to increase physical activity. Personal data such as resting metabolic rate (RMR), body mass index, medical and diet history is collected and analyzed to create a simple, yet comprehensive weight loss plan. In addition, participants are given step counters and are encouraged to increase activity progressively.
Phase II Participants have a continued emphasis on weight loss and future success. Furthermore, there will be increased emphasis on physical activity. This will include a planned activity program.
Graduate Program for Phase II graduates who wish to continue their weight loss and maintenance with our help, the new Graduate Program will be an advanced 24 week program that meets every other week, and you can choose all 12, or any 6 of the 12 sessions! This program delivers advanced training, extends your support for another six months, and provides you with the flexibility to choose how frequently you wish to attend! All at a discounted price for our loyal Phase II graduates.
The 12-week Colorado Weigh Program costs $349 for Phase 1 or for Phase 2.
