At Colorado Weigh, our goal is to incorporate the latest and most credible scientific research into practical educational programs designed to help people lose weight and live a healthier life. Our goal is to provide students with proven success tools that have been validated though the peer-review process. Colorado Weigh studies people successful at long-term weight loss. We incorporate their common nutritional, activity and behavioral choices into our programs.

The Colorado Weigh is a living, breathing program that is constantly monitored and improved by University professionals for effectiveness at producing weight loss. We evaluate weight loss and activity levels for each participant, as well as for each class and instructor. Class attendance and completion rates are also monitored. We are constantly evaluating the quality of our curriculum and instructors to ensure we are delivering the most effective and consistent programs possible.

Colorado Weigh also collects and publishes our aggregate weight loss and physical activity data from our programs. We believe it is important for our students be able to see how well people do in our programs.
