Onsite Classes: One of our registered dietitians will come to your company and teach weekly weight loss classes. For more detail on program content, see the Colorado Weigh® Corporate Program at a Glance. All that is needed is a conference room that can be used for 1.5 hours, once a week for 12 weeks. Your employees can receive a reduced cost tuition by hosting Colorado Weigh Classes in-house.
Class Referral: If you are unable to hold the Colorado Weigh® classes at your worksite, no problem! We offer community classes throughout the entire Denver metro area. We can refer your employees to one of many class locations close to their home or work. Your employees can receive a reduced cost tuition by hosting Colorado Weigh Classes in-house.
Health Fairs: Does your company have an annual health fair? The Colorado Weigh® can provide nutritional, healthy living and weight loss information for your employees. A Colorado Weigh® representative can be present and offer a variety of simple health measurements (resting metabolism measurement, Body Mass Index, etc.)
Brown Bag Lunches: The Colorado Weigh® can offer brown bag lunch seminars on a variety of healthy living topics such as “Meal Planning Strategies”, “Eating for Health”, and “Move those Muscles”, and many other topics to choose from.
